Geriatric care, without the busywork.

Patrona turns calls, visits, and messages into case notes, tasks, and family updates — automatically. We're building it with working GCMs.

A 30-minute call about how you work today — no demo, no pitch.
Patrona prototype — client dashboard

The things GCMs told us eat their day.

Capabilities built around the real workflow of geriatric care — automating the busywork so you can focus on the actual care.

01 / Core

Automatic case notes from calls and visits

Record a call or visit, get back a structured note, extracted tasks, and a draft family update — ready for your review.

02 / Core

Intake, organized

Paste messy intake notes or drop a voicemail. Get a summary, risk flags, a draft care plan, and a task list — each line traced back to the source.

Time tracking and invoicing

Billable minutes captured as you work, rolled into invoices your clients actually understand.

A family-facing view

One read-only window into what's happening, so you stop fielding the same three questions from four siblings.

In design

Independent GCMs and small practices.

Solo care managers, or practices of 2–20 carrying a caseload of 15+ clients. Not for hospitals, not for SNFs, not for agencies trying to automate caregivers out of a job. We'd especially like to talk with ALCA members and anyone who's stitched together a workflow out of Google Docs, voice memos, and a shared calendar.

Built from real conversations.

Patrona is being built by a small team after watching family members manage elder care on nights and weekends, and sitting with a half-dozen GCMs who all described the same problem in the same words.

Short answers.

Not yet. We have a working prototype we'll walk you through on a call, and we're taking on a small group of design partners over the coming months. If you want in, leave your email above.
We're designing for HIPAA from day one — BAAs with every model provider, encrypted storage, audit logs, and no training on client data. We're not there yet in the prototype; design partners will help us get it right before anyone real is in the system.
No. Every note, task, and family update is drafted for your review, not sent on your behalf. The point is to get you out of the typing and back into the work only a human can do.
A small number of GCMs get early access, a direct line to us, and real influence over what we build — in exchange for honest feedback and letting us sit with you (virtually) while you work. Free while we're in build mode.
